Meditation Classes
- Anapana Meditation - is a foundational Buddhist meditation practice focused on mindful breathing. It is one of the most widely taught methods
- Vipassana (Insight Meditation) – Focuses on observing bodily sensations and mental phenomena to develop insight into impermanence, suffering, and non-self.
- Metta (Loving-Kindness) Retreats – Focus on cultivating compassion.
Auspicious Day
- Buddha Jayanthi (Vesak Day / Buddha Purnima) - Celebrates the birth, enlightenment, and passing away (Parinibbāna) of the Lord Buddha.
- Kathina Ceremony - celebrated at the end of the Vassa (rainy season retreat). It is a special occasion for laypeople to express their gratitude and support to the Sangha (monastic community).
Full moon day
Celebrates the full moon day (Pali: Uposatha) for spiritual practice, observed since the Lord Buddha’s time. It is a time for pooja & meditation, renewing moral discipline, and listening to Dhamma teachings.
Dhamma Talks & Teachings
Monks or lay teachers give discourses on Buddhist scriptures (Suttas), ethics (Sīla), meditation, Dhammapada and practical presentations of Dhamma in daily life.
